Dells Announces Three Android Phones Back-to-Back

The Dell Flash, Smoke, and Thunder got leaked to Engadget yesterday in a leak of huge proportions that included Dell's upcoming Windows 7 device. The OS for the Flash and Smoke will be Android Froyo along with Dell's Stage UI. Whether or not that will be 2.2, and what OS the Thunder will run remain to be seen. However, since the Thunder is the high end device, I can't imagine it running anything else but Android Froyo.

The Dell Thunder, the most high end device of the three includes a 4.1" WVGA OLED screen, 8MP camera, Flash 10.1, an integrated Hulu app, and 7.2Mbps HSPDA. Details are the hardest to come by on this phone, even though it looks to be the highest performing phone of the three. Sorry.

The Dell Flash will sport a 3.5" WVGA LCD screen, 800MHz Qualcomm MSM7230 processor, 5 MP camera, Bluetooth 3.0, Flash 10 support, 512MB RAM, up to 64GB microSD external, 14.4 Mbps HSDPA, and a target of a 1300mAh battery

The Dell Smoke has a small 2.8" QVGA screen, 800MHz Qualcomm MSM7230 processor, 5MP camera, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR, dual-mic tech, 512MB/256MB internal, 32GB microSD external, and 14.4Mbps HSDPA, 1170mAh battery, and a QWERTY keyboard to boot.

The bands for the phones have Engadget making a prediction that AT&T will be carrying the phones at release. As long as it won't be an exclusive deal, I'll be happy about it.
