HTC Desire Heads to Australia's Telstra, US Cellular, 3UK
HTC's Desire has, within the last few days, made great strides on its way to US Cellular, 3UK, and Australia's Telstra. According to Phandroid and Telstra's website, the Desire will be available for free to subscribers of a 2-year contract at $85 per month.
The plan that comes with the advertisment is pretty meager in terms of the amount of data available. Androinica reports that the “release does mark Telstra as the exclusive carrier for the Desire in Australia.”
This announcement comes after the upcoming addition of the Desire to US Cellular in the summer and 3UK receiving 2 versions of the phone. Who knows where this phone will end up next?
