Verizon Droid Incredible Available For Pre-order
Yesterday was apparently the first day to sign up for pre-ordering of Verizon's Droid Incredible to make sure you get one on release day. Apparently, Best Buy Mobile was the first to offer pre-orders. Verizon followed suit, making their own pre-order service here.
A side-effect of the announcement by Verizon for pre-order was the mention (to clear up some confusion on the matter) of 8GB of onboard memory.
Best Buy will offer the phone at $199 USD with a new two-year activation as opposed to Verizon which will offer the phone at $199 after rebate.
Rumors are also appearing in the comments on AndroidCentral that Best Buy may get the phone earlier than Verizon. Silver04xlt commented: “I wonder if they really will be getting them earlier than Verizon, the 25th instead of the 29th. They did this as well for Reward Zone members with the Hero.”
