While recording with Voice Messaging, you can slide left to cancel instantly.

A great feature of Voice Messaging is that when your Voice Message has been played on the recipient's phone, the microphone icon will turn blue.

It's easy to use. Just press the voice icon near typing chat box and record your voice message. Release the icon once you are done with your message.

There one odd issue which is that once you slide to cancel and without taking your fingers off, you can't undo the action. It's odd, but frustrating at times.

Open an individual or group chat.
Tap and hold the microphone and start speaking.
Once finished, remove your finger from the microphone. The voice message will automatically send.
