Installed root apps

Hi..i installed a couple root apps out of couriosity i guess and as a result the phone eternal memory has depleted from almost 8gigs to 4 in a Matter of minutes..now the miscellaneous folder has over4gigs.of stored Memory. Any ideas..PLEASE
