Mentions + React Messages Notifications Issues

So for group chats, I don't receive an notification when I am mentioned and another issue is I don't receive notifications when my message is reacted. Any help would be appreciated.

So far I have tried:

  • Checked all notifications are on
  • Reinstalling app
  • Tried Messenger Lite
